Head of Test & Learn — Warmer Homes London | 2025 — 2026
Leading the development of WHL as a learning-led retrofit programme for London, embedding a culture of experimentation, iteration, collaborating with teams across the Greater London Authority (GLA) and London Councils as they form the new home for retrofit in London; Warmer Homes London. My role focused on mentoring and supporting programme teams, building Test & Learn frameworks, and designing governance structures and ways of working that enable continuous improvement. I’ve helped define best practice for applying Test & Learn in retrofit — translating complex delivery challenges into clear feedback loops, actionable insights, and scalable, resident-centred service improvements.
Provocateur in Chief — TPXimpact | 2020 — 2024
TPXimpact is a design-led innovation agency driving digital change in governments and third sector organisations across the world. I played a free(ish) role supporting and challenging projects and programmes to ‘take the biggest appropriate risks’ with their work.
Design Director — European Digital Innovation Initiative [FutureGov] | 2020 — 2021
Leading design for FutureGov on Bloomberg Philanthropies’ pan-European innovation programme in partnership with Harvard University, CPI and Public Digital. In January 2020, Bloomberg Philanthropies announced a new initiative aimed at accelerating digital innovation to improve critical services and deliver better results for residents. The goal of the program is to help European cities deliver high-impact digital services, and share lessons learned with cities around the rest of the world.
